I can not speak
under my tongue are the
I love you I never said
which
hushed when you opened the door to greet
before
I kept
something while talking
interesting to me
not heard that I never heard
not say that the elevator
when circled the floor
I was quiet while talking
while distracted
smiled
always quietly swallowed
anything under my tongue is all
under my tongue
hiding my love
and I can not speak

Teresa Wilms Montt:
belzebuth (Fragment)
burns my chest.
