Sindes laws and that is what touches

And the PSOE did not get the support he needed. End of story, at least until further notice. The "Law Sinde" has fallen through because of the complexity of political support. I believe that there are many controversies within the law and for many years we have been addressing this issue have not yet reached any clear point.

I think it was a real botched by the PSOE try to put this attempt at closure of webs of links within a package of laws and amendments of various fur. I also think the PP's position is incomprehensible. The leader of the private and positions against privatization and against the law canon Sinde knowing how unpopular it is to support him, as if more were needed support with which he is falling for the PSOE in its destruction.

I also think that many things are distorted when talking about intellectual property issues and illegal discharges. The sites appear to link the cultural freedom fighters, as we sell some, but is known to enter significant benefits in the form of advertising on their sites. Furthermore, there are those who share their creations, if not those of others who have not asked permission to share. All this making money, yes, very elegant. Yes, cast the first stone that was not downloaded anything, we are all part of the problem.

Then there are the record companies, publishers and others. Continue propelling a business model that will hardly be able to return to the level of profits which reached a decade ago. There seem to assume that the time that the disks with two good songs and eight of trash for 25 € are gone, now for the same price have denser scripts that Don Quixote and five more songs and a DVD of the concert, curious. Data wield absurd as equating every download is a disk less sold and also with measures such as the famous "canon" got the people hated them without compromise and foster more about piracy (the illegal da morbo). Now try to pressure politicians to make a law so ambiguous terms, seems a first step to censoring with joy. As I understand nothing of laws, I hope that this comment section the other (ahem).

So I think that both sides have reason to complain, but things continue as they were. Spotify systems appear as the solution, free music in exchange for advertising (oh, well, like a radio, right?), But it seems that U.S. is not convinced and several record companies have said it is not profitable. I know iTunes works great songs and albums selling at low prices. If you were a similar system for series and movies with picture quality and subtitles, I'm sure illegal downloads would go down too well. Have long heard rumors of negotiations between the powerful Youtube (video owns all there because, lest we forget) and the major American television networks.

Finally, the music has spent 20 years dying and every day there are more venues and bands. I guess there will still film in 20 years, yes, hopefully without 3D.

I leave you with some additional readings that I think interesting, with its portion of reason:
