I was overwhelmed that I have seen the news this afternoon in the news: next year will be 37% less project budget for R & D. I thought it was going to exploit the situation to invest (not spend) in research to move towards a more sustainable economic model and viable, but it seems which again is the usual story ...
And the thread of this, some say now that we are beginning to emerge from the crisis. Either now or within a year, the question that comes to me is not when but how. Do not you think that you are not doing anything to change the model that has led us to this ruin? Is not the danger is still there to go through this in a few years?
