What do we offer?

Here Theoretical-practical course of 33 tracks. In which we collect, knowledge and ancient teachings, meditation techniques and esoteric knowledge and anthropological nature. They have to serve you to find your own Self-Gnosis. Your own knowledge of yourself.

All classes are divided into a meditation and a lecture. As the student is gaining facility with the various techniques of meditation and knowledge. The anger meditation time replacing the lecture.
the ultimate goal being the acquisition of the habit of meditation and self-knowledge. Each session will take us between 1hr and 30 min. and 2 hr.
